Über das regelmäßige "Briefing", in Form eines montalichen Newsletters, aus UN Environment Programme (UNEP), erfahren wir Neues von der United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA): "UNEA-7: Advancing sustainable solutions for a resilient planet".

Im HIS-HE:Newsletter wird dazu vermeldet: "From 8 to 12 December leaders from around the world will gather for the seventh session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-7). The event comes at a crucial time for the planet, with progress on many environmental commitments falling behind and the adaptation and emission gaps wide open.
As the year comes to a close, UN Environment Programme Executive Director Inger Andersen says UNEA is an important moment to “deliver solutions that spark stronger, faster action on the three planetary environmental crises”, paving the way towards a resilient planet.
Key highlights include the launch of the Global Environmental Outlook 7, the Gala of Hope to announce and celebrate this year’s UN Champions of the Earth and UN World Restoration Flagships.
